Strategies to better engage and stay focused at school or work

Skills to help you out with money, planning, shopping, achieving your dreams

Increasing your motivation, mood and supporting helpful behaviours to balance out stuff in your life so you have more energy, do more of the things you want/ need to do etc.

Doing activities at home such as cooking, cleaning, gardening

Looking after and using your body well i.e. grooming, hygiene, sleeping, eating
