When we are facing 'a storm' or problems in our life, therapy can assist to ride the waves, drop anchor, reconnect, heal, recover and re forge our way forward.

Therapy sessions are guided by your goals; what you want to get out of the time together. Along the way there will hopefully be deeper reflection, connection and learning about yourself and other aspects of life and relationships which will help you surf the waves of life and try out new things.

We do this through a diverse range of therapies, activities and most of all making it meaningful for you, whilst hopefully having some fun! Tidal Therapy also believe in the power of connection and are passionate about facilitating couple sessions, family therapy or other groups if there is enough interest!
