Psychotherapy
Tidal Therapy focus on the relationship, balancing both somatic and talk based therapies. We have a wide range of training and experience including: trauma based practices, somatic and sensory practice, EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, nature based therapy, Wayapa Wuurrk and more. We see lived experience as a gift with Jen a proud cisgender, queer, aboriginal woman and Ned a proud gender fluid, neurodivergent, queer person.

Occupational Therapy
OT with Tidal Therapy is about living with meaning and purpose within community. We utilise evidence informed and indigenous ways of knowing, doing and being to work with you on what's important. We can provide assessment, reports, therapy, intervention, skill building for whatever it is you are wanting and/or going through. The OT can work 1:1, with families, groups and more.

Behaviour Support
We offer evidence informed Behaviour Support from practitioners who are trauma informed, neurodivergent affirming, heart centered and focus on relationships and quality of life in community. We are registered to provide specialist behaviour supports through the NDIA and practitioners have a range of experience from Core through to advanced and specialist.

Groups and Workshops
Tidal Therapy can facilitate groups and workshops to meet need, desire and opportunity. We have previously run a sensory & regulation group, music group, yarning/connection group post 2022 flood, Wayapa Wuurrk and sensory & regulation workshops.
Currently on offer: Wayapa Wuurrk in pregnancy $250
Supervision & Mentoring
Tidal Therapy practitioners and owners Jen and Ned have a wide range of clinical and lived experience, passion for what they do and strong values, principles and ethics.
We charge $180 per hour for supervision or mentoring.
We Are Nature workshops
Join Jen for a workshop celebrating our relationship with nature to enrich mind, body, spirit and enhance wellbeing. Great for teams, workplaces, schools and other groups. A range of options available.

1 hour presentation and embodied practice: Wayapa Wuurrk, maximum of 60 participants $250

2 hour workshop including Wayapa Wuurrk and other activities, maximum of 25 participants: $450

Full day including Wayapa Wuurrk, engaging activities (adapted to the group/team) reflective practice & action planning $100 per participant, minimum of 8 people.
